Peregrine Hospitality will provide strategic asset management services for The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. The mandate will focus on maximizing the hotel's operational performance, profitability and overall asset value.
The oceanfront property on Hilton Head Island, S.C., has 420 recently updated guestrooms and suites, all with private balconies. There are three outdoor beachside pools with private cabanas and lounge chairs, and private access to the beach on Hilton Head’s north end. The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa has five onsite dining options, a full-service spa, fitness center and nearly 40,000 square feet of flexible event and meeting space. Guests also have access to the Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club, adjacent to the hotel.
