Aimbridge Hospitality adds Florida all-inclusive to portfolio

Third-party hotel management company Aimbridge Hospitality has added the Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort by IHG to its All-Inclusive Division. Located in Port St. Lucie on Florida’s Treasure Coast, the 335-key resort is the first U.S. property in Aimbridge’s all-inclusive portfolio.

Owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, led by Feenix Venture Partners and Ghost Tree Partners, Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort is undergoing a $50 million capital improvement plan and transitioning to the Voco hotels brand. The first phase of the renovation is on track for an early 2026 completion.

“Adding the Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort highlights the value of Aimbridge’s differentiated platform and guest-centric approach in the all-inclusive segment,” Aimbridge Hospitality CEP Craig S. Smithsaid in a statement. “This exceptionally well-located destination along Florida’s Treasure Coast is poised to benefit from a thoughtfully executed capital improvement plan, refreshed branding, and strong consumer demand for experience-driven all-inclusive resorts. We are confident we will deliver the high standards of performance and guest satisfaction that owners expect.”

The all-inclusive experience includes meals, drinks, activities and daily programming. The property will have refreshed guestrooms and suites along with a food and beverage program spanning more than six new concepts including Riverside Market, where chefs prepare dishes at action stations; a sports bar; a pool bar; two container-based culinary concepts; and several specialty restaurants. The food-and-beverage program is supported by Aimbridge’s Taste & Theory group, bringing together innovation and expertise to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

The renovated resort will also have an expanded sport and recreational program including an arcade, activities center, a fitness center with Peloton and Life Fitness gear, water sports activities and a full-service marina. Activities include pickleball, tennis, soccer and other recreational sports provided by RPS Academy. Other major upgrades include multiple pools and expanded meeting/conference space.

“Our vision for Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort is to create a premier all-inclusive destination in the U.S. that sets a new standard for guest experiences,” said Keith Lee, managing member, Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings. “Partnering with Voco hotels and Aimbridge gives us the brand distinction and operational expertise to deliver on that vision, combining the ease and convenience of all-inclusive with upscale amenities and service that drive performance and loyalty for years to come.”

Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort is 45 minutes north of Palm Beach and within two hours of four major international airports. It has more than 18,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, outdoor function areas and a ballroom that accommodates up to 360 guests.
