Economy extended-stay hotel brand LivAway Suites has broken ground on a new property in Mesa, Ariz., which marks the brand’s fifth location in the state and adds to the company’s national pipeline.
Slated to open in fall 2026, the Mesa project is one of 22 locations open or under development, with an additional 12 to 15 groundbreakings planned for next year. The new hotel is designed to further LivAway Suites’ mission of offering a residential-style extended-stay experience with a streamlined, tech-forward operating model and flexible-stay options, according to the company.
“Reflecting on our first groundbreaking in Nashville two years ago, LivAway Suites has grown at an incredible pace thanks to strong market fundamentals and a disciplined development strategy,” Kevin Dailey, COO of LivAway Suites, said in a statement. “Mesa is a thriving hub for technology and industry, and bringing our fifth Arizona hotel to this market strengthens our regional footprint while delivering a modern, affordable product that resonates with extended-stay guests.”
Guestrooms at the property will feature full kitchens, private bathrooms and multi-purpose seating areas centered around 50-inch smart TVs. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, tech-enabled laundry facilities and access to LivAway’s signature long-term stay programs such as extended-stay rate offerings, early-booking discounts and the SavAway loyalty program.
