The Luce, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is poised to make its debut in early 2026 as the newest addition to the St. Pete Beach shoreline.
Owned by White Plains, N.Y.-based The LCP Group and managed by Fairfax, Va.-based Crescent Hotels & Resorts, the Florida property will join Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio, a collection of independent hotels. With 200 accommodations, including a selection of bungalow studio suites, The Luce represents a nine-acre beachfront retreat.
“The Luce represents LCP’s commitment to creating distinctive hospitality destinations that elevate both the guest experience and the communities in which we invest,” Francis Lively. CEO of The LCP Group, said in a statement. “With The Luce, we’re honoring the charm and culture of St. Pete Beach and are proud to bring a project to market that reflects this.”
Looking to blend nostalgic charm with modern sophistication, the hotel’s design reimagines the spirit of 1960s and 1970s Florida through bold patterns, flamingo-pink accents and lush palm greens, layered with sleek stone, rattan and contemporary finishes.
Guestrooms, meanwhile, have king or double queen beds, Lavazza café machines, smart TVs with streaming and premium bath amenities by Scandinavian haircare brand SACHAJUAN. Bungalow Suites include private outdoor lounges with QR code ordering, while Lanai Rooms provide semi-private outdoor seating steps from the pool.
The Luce will also have more than 14,000-square feet of combined event space across seven indoor and outdoor venues. Highlights include a 2,280-square-foot ballroom, four indoor options and the Palm Court and Palm Pavilion—outdoor spaces offering Gulf Coast backdrops for events of up to 200 guests.
The hotel will include two signature dining experiences. Sundrop—the property’s coastal-inspired lobby restaurant and bar—will feature indoor and outdoor seating and serve a seven-day brunch and dinner. Baby Turtle Beach Club will bring casual American coastal fare to the beach and pool.
