Palladium Hotel Group is planning to open the Only You Hotel New York on West 45th Street, close to Times Square and Broadway, in the last quarter of 2026.
Overseen by Spanish designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, the interior design will combine "contemporary aesthetics, sophistication and an urban touch" across the hotel's 138 rooms in a variety of categories. The hotel is within walking distance of Penn Station and Grand Central.

The hotel will provide “flexible” breakfast and room service options, both in guestrooms and in common areas. The restaurant and bar will be open to guests and locals alike. Other public areas will include a private room on the mezzanine floor with capacity for eight to 10 people.
Future Only You openings are planned for Venice, Italy, and Ibiza, Spain.
