Dallas-based hotel management company Dreamscape Hospitality has added four hospitality leaders to its executive and corporate team: Brad Frazier as vice president of sales, Kellea Collier as regional director of operations, Amy O’Grady as director of treasury and accounts payable and Nicholas Bertling as digital marketing specialist.
Brad Frazier brings more than 20 years of hospitality sales and leadership experience to his new role. Most recently vice president of sales for TPG Hotels & Resorts, Frazier previously held senior leadership positions with Highgate and Aimbridge Hospitality, including senior vice president of sales & marketing. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale sales organizations, implemented high-impact revenue strategies and driven top-line performance across diverse portfolios. At Dreamscape, Frazier will oversee a portfolio of hotels and ownership groups, focusing on expanding brand partnerships, driving revenue generation, and optimizing portfolio performance.
Kellea Collier joins Dreamscape with nearly two decades of experience in full-service hotel operations and leadership. Most recently, she was GM of Delta by Marriott Southlake and previously led Sheraton McKinney. Collier will oversee operational excellence across a regional portfolio.
Amy O’Grady has experience in treasury management, cash-flow forecasting, process optimization and enterprise-level financial controls. Her career includes treasury and accounting leadership roles with TPG Hotels & Resorts, KeyCity Capital, Sam Moon Group and Southwest Progressive Enterprises.
Nicholas Bertling has a background managing digital performance, e-commerce and brand marketing for Hilton and IHG properties. Most recently manager of marketing & digital at Aimbridge Hospitality, Bertling specializes in SEO, paid media and digital optimization strategies.
