First Hospitality appoints Logan Fish to senior director of business development. Building on his experience in hotel development and acquisitions, Fish will support in efforts to secure third-party management agreements and maintain a robust pipeline of new business. His role will also include cultivating relationships with key industry stakeholders, evaluating management opportunities, supporting all phases of the development process and representing First Hospitality at major industry conferences and events.
“Logan joins First Hospitality with a foundation in hotel acquisitions and development and will be a key part of the team as we expand our portfolio,” First Hospitality President and CEO David Duncan said in a statement. “His work with institutional partners and understanding of the hospitality landscape will support our development efforts and long-term growth.”
Fish joins First Hospitality from StepStone Hospitality where he served as director of development, preparing more than 150 in-depth investment analyses for various hotel acquisitions and ground up development projects. He also played an instrumental role in adding 18 hotels within three years to the company’s portfolio. Prior to that, Fish held analyst roles at Park Hotels & Resorts.
