Noble Investment Group adds Chris Ascari as director of finance. Ascari will help lead corporate finance initiatives that support the performance and continued evolution of Noble's investment platforms.
Ascari brings nearly 15 years of experience in real estate finance, most recently serving as a senior leader within EY-Parthenon's Transaction Real Estate group. Over his career, he has led valuations, due diligence, and strategic advisory engagements representing more than $50 billion in transaction volume across real estate asset classes and investor types.
"Chris brings strong technical expertise and a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset that will help advance our growing platform," George Dabney, Noble's chief financial officer, said in a statement. "His experience and collaborative approach will complement the strategic execution of our investment strategies."
