Extended Stay America has expanded its mid-priced extended-stay portfolio with the debut of the 124-room Premier Suites in Yuma, Ariz.
Developed by Markham, Ontario-based Armadale Holdings, the property is located across from the Rio Vista Commerce Center and near Yuma Regional Medical Center. The opening of Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Yuma marks the brand’s entry into the southwestern Arizona market.
“We are excited to add the Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Yuma to our portfolio,” David Brown, president of Armadale Capital, said in a statement. “The ESA development team has been a tremendous partner throughout this project, and we look forward to building on that relationship as the hotel stabilizes. We’re confident this property will be a strong asset for the Yuma market, offering new and comfortable accommodations for both business and transient guests.”
“With strong demand for extended-stay accommodations in regional hubs like Yuma, we’re excited to bring Premier Suites to such a dynamic and strategically important market,” said Mark Williams, managing director, franchise development for Charlotte, N.C.-based Extended Stay America.
