Hilton to open converted Napa Valley resort in early 2026

Hilton is set to debut Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton, in early 2026 following a comprehensive redesign and conversion of the former property.

The reimagined hotel—which is located between downtown Napa and the region’s surrounding vineyards—was driven by Long Beach, Calif.-based DyeLot Interiors, with a design program centered on local materials, ecological references and a sense of community. The arrival experience features The Offering Tree, a sculptural element that also serves as a gathering point and is frequently used for tastings with local wineries.

Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley will offer 203 guestrooms and suites, characterized by natural palettes, wood finishes and large-format layouts. All accommodations include spa-inspired bathrooms and in-room amenities such as coffee makers, tea kettles and temperature-controlled wine refrigerators. Select units have bifold doors opening to private patios with fire pits. The property also includes a pool and hot tub set amid native landscaping, as well as a redwood lawn designed for events and wellness programming.

The resort incorporates more than 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, spanning seven meeting rooms, two boardrooms and a multiuse lawn area intended for ceremonies, receptions and retreats.

Dining options include The Lobby Lounge—which serves small plates and cocktails—while Creekside Terrace offers breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch. A grab-and-go market in the lobby highlights local purveyors including Ohm Coffee, Napa Nuts and Vintage Sweet Shoppe. A new steakhouse restaurant is slated for an early 2026 opening.

A fitness center equipped with Peloton cardio machines is available to guests, and early next year the property will debut The Spa at Casa Mani. The spa will feature five treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite, and a hydrothermal circuit with steam, sauna and sensory shower experiences. Treatments will draw on seasonal botanicals and regional influences.
