Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has expanded its extended-stay portfolio with the debut of Sonesta Simply Suites Avondale, a converted hotel in Arizona.
The newly-opened 63-room hotel is located near the Phoenix Raceway, Universal Technical Institute and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The Avondale hotel marks the third Sonesta property in Arizona for operator Byrd Enterprises, which also oversees the Sonesta ES Suites Goodyear and Red Lion Inn & Suites by Sonesta in Goodyear.

Sonesta Simply Suites properties feature apartment-style accommodations designed for longer stays, including fully equipped kitchens, functional workspaces and Wifi.
