The Bellasera Hotel & Suites in Paso Robles, California, has completed a full-scale renovation which included its onsite restaurant Enoteca. Now part of Tapestry by Hilton, the property has contemporary, European-influenced design, signature beverage and food programming with thoughtful amenities, according to the company.

The luxury hotel suites has an intimate and inviting atmosphere, with select accommodations featuring additional room amenities, including fireplaces and private jetted tubs, according to the company.
Pulling inspiration from Italian cuisine and the surrounding wine country, Enoteca Restaurant & Lounge is serving menu pairings and a curated wine list from their cellar. Helmed by executive chef Rachael Zollo, the restaurant features local seasonal ingredients in dishes like Steak & Truffle Crostini, Arancini, Grilled Branzino, Panzanella Salad and more. Diners are welcome to relax in Enoteca’s fireside conversation area or enjoy the view from the heated outdoor patio for a more intimate dining experience, according to the company.
