Hotel operator Ivy Hospitality has completed a $2.4 million renovation and grand reopening of the 92-room Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus Polaris in Ohio.
The five-month project included updates to guestrooms, the lobby, dining area, lounge, fitness center and outdoor spaces. Guestroom enhancements feature new lighting, headboards, mattresses, artwork and bathroom vanity fixtures.
“The Homewood Suites Polaris has been part of this community for years and we’re proud to help extend that legacy,” Tommy Holmes, CEO of Indianapolis-based Ivy Hospitality, said in a statement.
The hotel offers amenities such as complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, a business center, fitness facilities and an indoor pool. Guestrooms include HDTVs, in-room coffee service and movie channels.
