The Lodge at Pebble Beach reopens following propertywide refresh

The Lodge at Pebble Beach in California has reopened following a comprehensive propertywide refresh of its guestrooms and public spaces. In addition, the reimagined Stillwater restaurant has a new interior design and culinary direction that aims to reflect its coastal setting and storied heritage.

“The reopening of Stillwater is the culmination of The Lodge’s transformation, bringing a fresh identity to one of Pebble Beach’s most renowned settings,” David Stivers, CEO of Pebble Beach Company, said in a statement. “Alongside updates to guestrooms, public spaces, The Tap Room, and The Bench, this reopening ushers in an inspired new chapter in Pebble Beach hospitality.”

The redesigned Stillwater has a wrap-around dining room framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, a central bar overlooking the Pacific, vaulted ceilings with soft brick arches and a glass-enclosed wine room. A private dining room showcases a suspended ceramic school-of-fish sculpture handcrafted in Staffordshire, England, complemented by custom Axminster carpeting and wrought iron chandeliers designed to merge coastal texture with classic sophistication.

Elsewhere at The Lodge, The Tap Room reopened in October with refreshed interiors and an expanded collection of historic golf memorabilia. The Bench—which reopened in June—features updated interiors and continues to serve its signature wood-fired cuisine overlooking the 18th hole of Pebble Beach Golf Links.
