Revenue Analytics—an Atlanta-based revenue-management specialist—is launching an AI-driven expansion to its N2Pricing revenue-management system designed to streamline hoteliers’ pricing strategies.
Known as Commercial Suite, the new platform is an expansion of its revenue management system that transforms how hotels track performance, gain insights and enable strategic planning, according to the company.
The Commercial Suite introduces new capabilities focused on amplifying how revenue teams understand and communicate performance, according to the company. The first release in the suite is the AI Report Generator, a tool designed to simplify the process of extracting insights from multiple static reports to understand what’s driving business performance. The company added that the Commercial Suite will continue to evolve throughout 2025 with additional innovations already in development.
The AI Report Generator, meanwhile, is designed to eliminate inefficiency by automatically pulling and cross-referencing data across key reports including Pickup, Pace, Month at a Glance and Competitor Analysis. From there, the platform then generates a custom-built, editable report canvas with charts, trends and key insights that highlight the most important commercial drivers.
In addition to the Commercial Suite offering, Revenue Analytics is also expanding N2Pricing with two additional platforms. The Health Scorecard is designed to give leadership teams a new level of transparency into how N2Pricing is being used across the organization, while Extended Stay Rate Management addresses a long-standing gap for properties serving long-stay guests, according to the company.
