As part of a leadership transition within Hospitality Sales Marketing Association InternationaI’s Americas Board of Directors, FLYR’s Andrew Rubinacci will transition from chair to immediate past chair, while Michael Innocentin of Omni Hotels & Resorts assumes the role of chair for a two-year term beginning in January.
As chief marketing officer for Omni Hotels & Resorts, Innocentin leads the strategy, development and execution of all brand marketing initiatives, including advertising, public relations, social media, digital campaigns and the website. He also oversees customer engagement and the Select Guest Loyalty programs.
“I am honored to take on the role of Chair for HSMAI Americas and to help guide the association at such a pivotal time for the hospitality industry,” Innocentin said in a statement. “I want to extend my sincere thanks to Andrew Rubinacci for his leadership and dedication throughout the past two years.
