Mehr Consultancy has expanded its use of the cloud-based back-office management platform Inn-Flow to its entire nationwide portfolio.
The Irving, Texas–based management and investment firm adopted Inn-Flow in 2024 with a three-hotel pilot aimed at streamlining accounting, payroll and labor management. The company has subsequently rolled out the technology platform across all 37 of its hotels, representing 3,600 rooms in 14 states and brands including Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Choice and Best Western.

Mehr Consultancy has prioritized owner-focused operations, transparency and fast decision-making, according to the company. The leadership team says Inn-Flow’s platform supports those priorities by centralizing financial processes and providing access to portfolio-wide data. In addition, the firm reports that bringing accounting, labor and payroll into a single system has reduced friction and eliminated delays in answering owner questions.
