RMS and TRYBE integrate to streamline hotel, spa operations

RMS has launched the first phase of its integration with TRYBE, a cloud-based spa, activity and leisure management system built for the hospitality industry.

The new RMS–TRYBE integration is designed to eliminate the disconnect caused by hotel and spas traditionally operating on separate platforms by allowing charges and payments to flow automatically between the two systems. On average, TRYBE clients are saving the equivalent of 22 workdays per year in administrative tasks, according to the London, U.K.-based company.

“This is a practical first step that makes a real difference to both teams and guests,” RMS CEO Adam Seskis said in statement. “By automating the flow of charges and payments between RMS and TRYBE, we’re removing friction for staff and creating a smoother, more professional guest experience. It’s also a key milestone in our goal to deliver a fully connected, one-stop platform for hospitality operators.”

“We’re thrilled to launch this first stage of integration with RMS, a company that shares our vision of simplifying hospitality operations through smart, scalable technology,” added Ricky Daniels, co-founder of TRYBE.

In this initial phase, all room and non-room charges—including spa treatments—entered in TRYBE are instantly reflected in RMS, while payments processed through TRYBE automatically sync back into the hotel system. The real-time connection removes double entry, reduces manual errors and gives teams more time to focus on delivering guest experiences, according to the company.

Future phases will be designed to expand functionality even further, allowing hotels to identify bookings that include spa packages and send guests personalized links to schedule treatment times before arrival.
