Retail technology provider Swyft has introduced its next-generation Better+ kiosk at The Hospitality Show.
Built on San Francisco-based Swyft’s latest automated retail platform, the new compact Better+ kiosk expands upon the company’s personal care and essentials robotic store program, which is now deployed in full-service hotels nationwide. The new model is designed to meet growing demand among select-service and boutique hotels that have limited lobby space and currently lack around-the-clock retail offerings for guests.
“The smaller-footprint Better+ kiosk delivers the same seamless guest experience—enabling travelers 24/7 access to top-purchased essentials without leaving the hotel,” Ian Benson, SVP, hotels, hospitality & partnerships at Swyft, said in a statement. “The majority of personal care purchases occur between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. Our 24/7 Better+ kiosks not only provide unmatched guest convenience and enhanced safety, but they also create a new revenue stream for hotels—at no cost and with zero impact on staff.”
The Better+ program is designed to represent a turn-key, automated solution that enhances guest satisfaction while supporting hotel operations. The compact kiosk features a space-saving 3’×3’ footprint optimized for lobbies, elevator bays and other public areas. It offers guests 24/7 access to curated amenities and best-selling essentials, all managed by Swyft at no cost to the property.
Additional innovations include real-time analytics that deliver data-driven insights to track engagement and maximize sales, a 49-inch high-resolution touchscreen and advanced sensing technology with intelligent proximity sensors, according to the company.
Swyft will showcase both its standard and compact Better+ kiosks at Booth #746 at The Hospitality Show 2025.
