Franklin Hospitality buys Nashville Hampton Inn & Suites

Franklin Hospitality Group LLC purchased the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Franklin (Cool Springs) in a sale facilitated by Hunter Hotel Advisors. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed. Hunter’s Tim Osborne, senior vice president, facilitated the transaction on behalf of an institutional seller.

Located  off I-65, the 127-key Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Franklin (Cool Springs) has access to the region’s most popular attractions and landmarks just south of Nashville, one of the fastest-growing markets in the nation. Located in a rapidly expanding office corridor, the hotel is close to major corporate players including Nissan North America, In-N-Out Burger and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The area attracts significant development activity, with over 150 new projects underway including Nashville Yards and River North, two transformative mixed-use developments contributing to over $10 billion in investments to the city’s infrastructure and growth.

We plan to begin renovations in a couple of months to elevate both service offerings and the property's overall guest appeal."

The 2019-renovated Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin (Cool Springs) has an on-site fitness center, 240 square feet of meeting space and an outdoor pool for guests’ convenience.
