XE Hospitality sold the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Houston to DeRosa Capital 20 Houston in a deal brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
Skyler Cooper—investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office—had the exclusive listing to market the 92-room hotel on behalf of XE Hospitality and procured the buyer. The transaction received additional support from Chris Gomes, Allan Miller and Raj Patel of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
“Following a highly competitive marketing process, looking to expand their portfolio, buyers were selected for their first hotel acquisition in Texas,” Cooper, senior managing director investments, said in a statement. “Working in tandem with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, our team facilitated a smooth and efficient transaction.”
Built in 2019, the hotel has amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center and complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel is positioned at the intersection of Beltway 8 and Hardy Toll Road some six miles from George Bush International Airport.
