MCHG acquires New York Homewood Suites

Maine Course Hospitality Group, a hotel ownership and management company based in Freeport, Maine, acquires the Homewood Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Terms and conditions were not disclosed.

This marks the company’s 27th hotel in its portfolio and strengthens its presence in the Northeast hospitality market.

The Homewood Suites Saratoga Springs has 113 spacious suites designed for both short and extended-stay guests. There are fully equipped kitchens, complimentary breakfast, evening socials, a fitness center and an indoor pool. The hotel’s location near the Saratoga Race Course, downtown Saratoga Springs, and Skidmore College is designed for business and leisure travelers.
